This Greek version of “lasagna” is a crowd favorite here at Weatherlow Farms. Roasted sliced eggplant sourced from Orr’s Farm, our own grass-fed ground beef browned and cooked with red wine, onions, garlic and warm spices then layered all together and topped with our own béchamel and buttery panko breadcrumbs, we can understand why we can’t make enough of this dish.
