Local polenta from Gray’s Grist Mill in Westport. This unique cornmeal is made from flint corn grown on the southern coast of Rhode Island. We cook it with chicken stock, crème fraiche, parmesan and garlic and pour it hot right into a tin for you to bake in your oven at home. We recommend eating it alongside our Ragu Bolognese.
