Pekin Duck Breasts

Duck breasts are thick and meaty. Ours have the skins and a nice fat cap in place to maximize the flavor and allow you to enjoy the crisp skin duck is known for. Unlike chicken they do not need to be cooked through and can be enjoyed pan seared. They can also be baked or grilled. Each package comes with 2 breasts and averages ~1lb.
