Lamb Loin Chops

This cut appears as a miniature T bone steak, with a larger piece of top loin on one side and a smaller piece of tenderloin on the other. They are very tender and delicate in texture, and are best pan-seared or grilled. Our grass-fed lamb loin chops average ~1lb each.
