Description
Our grass-fed beef neck bones have tender meat attached and a flavor and texture similar to short ribs or oxtail. They are best cooked low and slow with methods like braising or stewing. These bones make great bone broth, and fantastic additions to soups, stews, and sauces. Our packages of neck bones average ~3.5lbs.
