Chiapas produces some of the very best and highest-grown Mexico coffees. This light roast is a nutty, snappy coffee that is also rich and smooth. The acidity can get sharp as the coffee cools. Like virtually all of Coastal Roaster's organics; this coffee is SHADE GROWN.
