Description
Here’s a take on a classic lasagna but with Mexican flavors and ingredients for something a little out of the ordinary. Ground grass-fed beef will be carefully browned with Mexican spices and then layered amongst local corn tortillas, a Mexican béchamel, black turtle beans and of course loads of cheese. Bake at home until bubbly and golden brown.
