Description
This amazing soup is filled with sweet Spanish onions and local Rossa di Milano onions grown down the road at Skinny Dip Farm. The onions are cooked slowly in butter and our own bacon fat to gently soften and release all of their natural sweetness. We will then fill our stock pot with our house made chicken stock, beef bone broth, and a large bundle of fresh thyme to round out all of these amazing flavors.
