This fully-cooked, ready-to-eat French-style sausage is made with natural ingredients and flavored with red wine and garlic. There are no artificial additives, nitrates or nitrites in our garlic sausage, which is a key ingredient in our cassoulet recipe, and also perfect for a charcuterie plate.
