The Kitchen at Weatherlow Farms is in its first season of full production marrying the proteins from the farm with local produce and ingredients from Westport and neighboring towns. Chef Emily is passionate about using the flowers and edible foliage Phoebe is growing at the farm in her cooking as well. Our focus is flavor forward prepared meals that are easy to reheat at home and fancy enough to share with friends and family at a dinner party. We like to have fun with our menu creating various combinations of savory pies, chilies, sauces stews, stocks and delectable cookies made completely from scratch. We hope to provide our visitors with something unexpected and unforgettable. Always striving to set ourselves apart, the farm kitchen continues to explore new recipes from season to season.
